If the actual measurement cannot be reached, it can not meet the expansion and contraction requirements of the pipeline. In order to promote the sealing effect, the left and right end pipes are matched with Norma Norma clamp before delivery. In practical engineering, it is not suitable to directly replace the end pipe with ordinary pipe. Moreover, the perpendicularity between the end face of the end pipe and the axis and the flatness of the end face itself have certain requirements. If the size is not standard, the expansion and contraction of the joint will be greatly reduced, which can not meet the use requirements.
(4) The diameter of the end pipe should be selected with positive deviation, otherwise the clamping force on the sealing ring is not enough, which will affect the sealing effect of the joint.

2. Precautions during installation
(1) Control the distance L between the snap ring and the end tube. The control of l should be combined with the instruction manual. When the gap between the two pipe ends is the minimum, it is necessary to ensure that the snap ring is just attached to the inclined plane.
(2) When the location of the snap ring is determined, the gap between the two pipe ends should be determined by calculation according to the elongation of the pipeline and the ambient temperature during construction. The deviation of dimension shall be ensured during construction.
(3) On the premise of a certain moving distance, the greater the weld height, width and Perpendicularity Error between the snap ring plane and the end pipe axis, the smaller the expansion amount of the joint, and the worse the application
effect.
(4) The spatter impurities in the welding of end pipe and snap ring affect the sealing of end pipe. Before installation, the welding slag on the sealing surface should be removed to ensure the sealing effect.
